Ledbury 5 miles. This wonderful, black and white semi-detached farmhouse is attached to the owner's cottage on their 180 acre farm, close to the village of Hollybush, five miles from the town of Ledbury in the Malvern Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. With superb country views, this delightful cottage is filled with character and charm, with exposed beams, an inglenook fireplace and lovely furnishings. Upon arriving, park up the car and soak up the views before entering this lovely holiday home. You enter this cottage into a hallway with access to a cosy sitting room with an electric woodburner-effect stove set into an inglenook fireplace. What better way to relax than to be with your loved ones whilst relaxing in front of the stove, perhaps after a long walk. The kitchen is well-equipped and has a small dining area, where you can enjoy breakfast with more formal meals to be spent around the dining table. Completing the ground floor is a shower room and a small snug. After walking up the stairs you will find a seating area on the landing and three bedrooms off it; two king-size doubles and a twin, all of which share a modern bathroom with bath and separate shower. There are no shortage of things to see and do in the area, with walks and cycle routes, and the cottage is close to the historic towns of Malvern, Ledbury and Tewkesbury, which boasts black and white houses, lovely pubs, restaurants, shops and all are surrounded by beautiful countryside. Just five miles away is the market town of Ledbury set on the River Leadon and offers a number of timbered buildings, the 17th century Market House and The Painted Room, which is home to 16th century frescoes. Also within reach are the riverside town of Upton-on-Severn, Eastnor Castle, the historic city of Hereford and the Forest of Dean. A delightful Herefordshire holiday home.
