This stunning, first floor duplex apartment is located in a converted Victorian house and offers guest a touch of luxury, style and space, ensuring you will feel spoilt staying with family and friends in this beautiful holiday property. The owner has an excellent eye for detail and has finished this property to a very good standard to give guests a fabulous stay. Leading off the hallway, up two steps, is the magnificent 40’ duel aspect living/dining room, which enjoys comfy sofas around the cosy wood burner, views overlooking the Severn Valley and a beautiful long dining table fit for a banquet. The large kitchen enjoys a sociable seating area in front of a gas flame-effect fire and breakfast area. Guests can enjoy cooking meals in the range oven and have laundry facilities in the utility area on the above floor. The master bedroom boasts a beautiful four poster bed with wonderful views over the communal gardens and the Severn Valley, and has a stunning spacious en-suite with steps leading up to a double bath, shower cubicle and double sink. There are two further bedrooms on the first floor, one with an en-suite shower room and the other with a family bathroom with a freestanding bath next door. The fourth bedroom is accessed by a staircase from the kitchen and enjoys another en-suite shower room. Guests have use of the communal landscaped gardens which stretch over 2½ acres.
Leamington Court is ideally placed for getting straight onto the Malvern Hills with over 100 miles of footpaths and bridleways. Whilst you’re staying here, treat yourself to a special meal at one of the three local Michelin Star restaurants which are all within 20 minutes’ drive. Malvern Wells is conveniently set between Malvern, 2½ miles, and Ledbury, 5½ miles. Malvern has a great selection of antique and high street shops, pubs, restaurants and the famous Malvern Theatre. The Three Counties Showground is a mere 1¼-mile downhill walk and has many shows throughout the year, including the Royal Horticultural Society Spring Show, the Malvern Autumn Show and the Royal Three Counties Show. Ledbury, a market town famous for its black and white buildings, 17th century market houses and cobbled streets, enjoys many festivals throughout the year including literacy and food festivals.
There is so much to see and do in the area including visits to many historic and stately homes; Eastnor Castle, Goodrich Castle, Berrington Hall, Croome Court, Witley Court, Croft Castle and Hellens Manor. For transport enthusiasts you can visit the Morgan Factory Museum or take a ride on a steam train on the nearby railways of the Severn Valley, Gloucestershire Warwickshire Steam Railway and the Dean Forest Railway, all within easy reach. The local towns of Upton-upon-Severn, famous for its music festivals and riverside pubs, Cheltenham Spa with its famous horse racing festival and the cathedral cities of Worcester, Gloucester and Hereford, home of the Three Choirs Festival, are all within an easy drive. Further afield are the beautiful Cotswolds, Shakespeare’s Stratford-upon-Avon and the historic university city of Oxford. Shop 200 yards, pub and restaurant 1 mile.
