This home from home is situated in a peaceful location on a traditional sheep/cattle farm which is also home to Transy Shetland Pony Stud, established in 1896. The property enjoys magnificent views over the rolling countryside and there are many opportunities for walking in the immediate vicinity. There is a village shop at Powmill (1.5 miles) whilst at Dollar and Kinross, both within 9 miles, you can find shops, historic monuments and cycle paths. There are numerous golf courses close by, including the world renowned Gleneagles (14 miles). There is fishing at Kinross Trout Fishery and Loch Leven. Moving through to the well equipped kitchen, you ll find a Stoves electric range cooker, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, and a large social dining area. Adjacent to the kitchen is a large utility area with a washing machine and small WC; the back door here gives access to the garden.
