The Beach House in Prestatyn, Denbighshire, sleeps fifteen in seven bedrooms.
The living areas consist of a kitchen/diner, a utility, a sitting room, and a conservatory, with appliances including a gas Range oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer, and for entertainment, a Smart TV, PlayStation, a selection of games, a pool table, and an ice hockey table. The bedrooms consist of a super-king-size with TV, balcony and en-suite, two further king-size with TV, one of which has an en-suite, a ground-floor king-size with en-suite, two twins, and a ground-floor triple room with en-suite, along with a bathroom and a cloakroom. Outside there is a front decked area with furniture, an enclosed rear garden with patio, Astroturf, fire pit and furniture, and a gated driveway for six cars. One well-behaved dog welcomed, but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price, and a stairgate is available. You'll find a shop in 0.3 miles, a pub in 0.4 miles and the beach in 0.1 miles. The Beach House is a fabulous base for exploring Denbighshire. Note: fifty-pound fee per dog, payable to the owner.
