Close by are beautiful walks directly from your front door, including woodland where you can exercise your dog. The more energetic amongst will enjoy nearby attractions such as The Adrenaline Quarry or hire bikes and cycle the Camel Trail. The coastal town of Looe is easily reached by car and is known for its quaint eateries, restaurants and shops. East of the property is Plymouth with its huge array of shops, restaurants, leisure facilities and national theatre. This really is an ideal base for the whole family. Although this is situated in the grounds of the owners home privacy is very much assured. Accessed via external steps, the property sits sheltered by trees and foliage.
