Head out on foot and just over a mile away discover the popular 13th century pub and tea rooms where the South West Coastal Path allows keen walkers access to the unique cliff top Hawker's Hut and leads to the popular seaside town of Bude a surfer s haven on the Cornish side, and rugged coastal town of Hartland, famed for its abbey and quay in Devon. The kitchen itself is well equipped with a large electric range double oven and hob, microwave and dishwasher, and in addition the neighbouring utility room offers two fridge/freezers and a washing machine. A door leads to the boiler room , off which is a shower room with power shower and WC. A tumble dryer and ceiling fixed clothes drying/airing equipment are located in the boiler room. A further separate WC is located in the hallway. Heading up the stairs and onto the first floor you will discover the first of the beautiful and spacious bedrooms. These comprise three king size bedrooms, all with en suite shower rooms , fitted with a shower, hand basin and WC. The fourth bedroom on this floor has twin zip and link beds,( which can be made up into a super king size on request), as well as two child size hotel style occasional beds. This bedroom is adjacent to the family bathroom, which has a bath plus shower attachment. The fifth bedroom is on the second floor and also has full size twin beds, which can be pushed together to form a double king size bed and also benefits from an en suite shower room. Two other child sized hotel style occasional beds are also available for use in other bedrooms. Located just outside and to the rear of the property is a well equipped games room providing fun whatever the weather and this includes a full size snooker table, table football ,drinks fridge and numerous family games . Further to this, a large enclosed garden surrounds the property and offers a substantial area of lawn, perfect for playing football, along with a decked area, with hot tub, furniture and BBQ. There is extensive off road private parking allowing more than 8 vehicles to park on the gravel driveway, which is part of the enclosed area.
