Studio 17 - a room with a wonderful moorland view. Recently renovated and set in the quaint and historical village of St. Cleer, peaceful and quiet. The Studio is private/compact and with open plan bedroom, living area and small kitchenette with modern en-suite with powerful shower, you have your own front door. The fantastic wall bed gives additional space when not being used so you can relax and enjoy your stay. French doors allow you to enjoy the moorland view, small seating area to front. Free safe parking on the drive for your convenience. Fantastic base for exploring Cornwall and Devon.
Hosted by Annette, the owner, she works from home and is contactable most of the time if you have any queries during your visit, albeit one night or a short break away. (Max night stay 3 nights).
There is a local pub serving ales and food (please check for times/details) within a 5 minute walk from the property. With other eateries close by offering home delivery services for meals. A wonderful church and historic places to visit in the village and locally. Wonderful moorland walking is on your doorstep, with Sibly Back Lake a short drive up the road. Just out of the village is a wonderful farm shop/restaurant/cafe and a 7 minute drive into Liskeard for your other shopping requirements. There is a Leisure Centre/Swimming pool in Liskeard to enjoy. The coastal towns of Looe and Polperro are a short drive away. Wonderful access to Cornwall and Devon with many attractions locally such as Alpaca walking/horse riding and attractions as the Eden Project with beaches on both South and North Coasts.

Located in Liskeard, this apartment is in a rural area. Stuart House Arts and Heritage Centre and The Parish Church of Saint Lalluwy Menheniot are local landmarks, and some of the area's attractions include Adrenalin Quarry and Kartworld. Pinsla Garden and Nursery and Port Eliot House and Gardens are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
