With the local pub 500 metres from your door and supermarkets only 2.5 miles away, you will have everything you need for a great break away. Local attractions include Adrenaline Quarry (10 miles) and the Eden Project (30 miles), or you could venture out to the coast and visit the popular fishing village of Looe (12 miles) with its bars and restaurants, local shops, and boat trips. Enter the lodge and into a spacious open plan lounge/kitchen/diner with plenty of light, and ideal for families. The kitchen is complete with an electric oven and hob, microwave, and fridge/freezer this is the perfect place to pack up a good lunch for the day or cook up a delicious evening meal. The lounge/dining area is a sociable space to spend time either around the dining table, or relaxing on the comfy seating and watching your favourite programmes in front of the open fire on the TV with Freeview. To the rear of the lodge, you also have a wonderful conservatory offering additional dining space and French doors out to the patio garden. There are two bedrooms to choose from: the first is a lovely king size bedroom with plenty of storage space, and the second is a cosy twin bedroom. Next door is the bathroom with a shower over the bath and WC. Outside is a patio area with garden furniture and a private hot tub for you to bubble away in after a long day, as well as a shared lawn to use. The complex has on site shared facilities including a coin operated launderette, tennis court, and an outdoor heated swimming pool. There is parking for two cars on the private driveway outside the lodge.
