Old Pear Tree Barn is located in an idyllic and very peaceful part of North Cornwall and is just a few minutes' walk up the lane to the famous 16th century Smugglers Den pub where food and drink is served throughout the day and evening.  The glorious golden sand beach at Holywell is dog friendly and just a half hours walk or short drive by car.  The other dog friendly beaches at Crantock, Perranporth and Fistral in Newquay are a 3, 4 and 6 mile drive respectively.

Outside you will find that the owners of Old Pear Tree Barn have provided an abundance of varied furniture seating styles as well as charcoal barbecue, fire pit and picnic rugs for afternoon naps under the pear tree. The enclosed garden and parking area will provide a safe haven for the younger and four legged members of your family to explore and relax in.

- This property welcomes three dogs of any size.  A £50 per pet charge is applicable for this property.
