A lovely bright and spacious two bedroom period appartment above a vintage gift shop in trendy Kings Road, which is located a lovely part of central St Leonards on Sea.
The appartment is set over two floors with stripped wooden floorboards, lots of original features and a spacious modern bathroom as well as a second separate WC.
The gorgeous seafront with lots of trendy cafes, bars and restaurants is only 2 mins walk away and there are also plenty of interesting shops and restaurants steps away.
St Leonards is a really interesting area and fun for kids too, as there is a massive underground BMX/skate park nearby, close to the newly re-opened pier! Lots of nice places to eat and visit, really interesting shops too!
Getting around is easy as the flat is just a minute walk from Warrior Square mainline (trains directly to and from London) and buses to Hastings old town and Battle also just a minute walk away!
Parking is not a problem. It's free in Kings Road (outside the apartment) for an hour during the day and free all night and on Sunday too. We usually unload the car and then park in the roads behind the apartment (Western Road, Warrior Gardens) which are free anytime and very near.
Located in St Leonards-On-Sea, this apartment is near the beach. Hastings Museum and Art Gallery and White Rock Theatre are cultural highlights, and some of the area's attractions include Clambers and BattleZone Live. West Hill Lift and Adventure Golf Hastings are also worth visiting.
