With its own outdoor heated swimming pool, play facilities, fishing available locally, and quick access to the A38, Notter Mill is a great base for you to explore the South West. This complex of lodges is set in a secluded setting, nestled on the banks of the River Lynher with plenty to do for all the family. Enter the lodge and step into a very spacious open plan lounge/kitchen/diner with plenty of light and a wonderfully open feel, ideal for a family break away. The kitchen is complete with an electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer, the perfect place to pack up a good lunch for the day or cook up a delicious evening meal. Walk through to the lounge/dining area which is a great sociable place to spend time together. Gather around the dining table or relax on the comfy seating and watch your favourite programmes in front of the open fire on the TV with Freeview. Heading through to the two bedrooms, the first is a lovely, light filled double bedroom with plenty of storage space, and the second is a triple room with a bunk bed and an additional single bed great for children. Next door is the bathroom with a shower over the bath and a WC; there is also an additional separate WC. Outside is a wonderful patio area with garden furniture as well as a shared lawn to use. The complex has a coin operated launderette available on site for guests, along with a tennis court, and an outdoor heated swimming pool for all to enjoy.
