Large windows allow plenty of natural light to flood the space, making it feel warm and welcoming. The amenities include a high quality integrated sound system, with one-touch Airplay from your phone, or a record player for a more vintage listening experience.
The kitchen is fully equipped with state of the art appliances and has ample counter space around the room, making it the perfect place to cook and entertain. The dining area is adjacent to the kitchen, creating a seamless flow between the spaces.
The property features two King bedrooms and the third with a single Fulton and crib, each with storage space. Both bathrooms come with a shower and one has the shower and bath combination. It also has a lovely office space with a view onto the garden. With its super-fast broadband (throughout the house), this is a perfect space to get some work done.
Outside, the property includes an attractive garden. It is west-facing and mature and in full blossom offers 13 different types of roses as well as a number of fruit trees. It has excellent outdoor furniture, a BBQ and an infra-red heater, making it an idyllic spot to kick back and relax or to dine al fresco.
Overall, this property is the perfect place to call home for days, or indeed weeks. With its modern amenities, ample living space, and beautiful outdoor area, it has everything you need to live comfortably.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire property as well as access to garden which is shared with the resident below. The rear half of the garden with the outdoor furniture will be yours to use.
The Neighborhood:
Camden Town is a unique enclave of London famed for its counter-culture. It offers a vibrant mix of craft markets and canal-side bars, restaurants and cafes, old-school pubs and world-famous live music venues. All this set alongside the leafy grandeur of Regent’s Park and the glamour of Primrose Hill.
Getting Around:
The property has excellent transport links in all directions. It is a 4mins walk from Mornington Crescent tube station and 5 mins from Camden Town tube. It is 10mins to the overground at Camden Road and right on top of a network of bus routes. Walking access is even better. A five-minute walk to the west will take you to Regent’s Park. To the East, a 15 minute walk will take you to the uber chic shops, restaurants, and public arts of Coal Drops Yard at Kings Cross. Walk North up the street a few minutes and you cross the canal into Camden Market. Continue north into Primrose Hill and beyond to Hampstead Heath. Walk south through the park for 15 minutes to Great Portland Street and Soho itself stretches out before you.

You will have neighbours, so please respect the house rules.
Check-in is between 3PM and 8PM, check-out is until 11AM. Self check-in outside of these hours is available upon request, to be discussed at booking. Late check-out is also possible for a fee.
The lead guest booking the property must be at least 25 years old.
You will be provided with high-quality bed linens, a bath mat, bath towels and tea towels for the kitchen. We also provide shampoo, shower gel, and toilet paper at the beginning of your stay, but not throughout.
If your stay is longer than 2 weeks we will require a mid-stay clean, to be discussed at time of booking. Extra cleans and linen changes can be arranged as well.
If you notice damages or if something happens during your stay, please notify Air Peace of Mind as soon as possible so it can be fixed.
