Further down the hallway and up a step is a super king size zip and link bed (which can be arranged as a twin on request) and TV with Freeview. The last of the four bedrooms is another super king size zip and link bed (which can be arranged as a twin on request) with fitted wardrobes, dual aspect, and TV with Freeview. Outside there is an enclosed grassed area with play facilities and a hot tub. There is also a patio area with a BBQ area with garden furniture. Both can be accessed via the kitchen and living area.
