From here a few steps lead down to a cosy snug area with comfy seating, warming wood burner and a computer with games to keep the younger guests entertained. When it's time to head to bed you have four bedrooms to choose from. First a king size with feature skyline wall and Smart TV. Next is a twin zip and link (which can be made into a super king size on request. Head up another beautiful oak staircase to the second floor where you will find a stunning four poster king size bed with window overlooking the lounge and an en suite shower room with WC and a bunk bedroom, perfect for the younger ones in the party. Completing the accommodation is a bathroom with separate shower, freestanding slipper bath and WC. Heading out to the rear garden you ll find a patio area with garden furniture and a gas BBQ, perfect for dining alfresco along with a large lawn area for the little ones to enjoy ball games. The grounds surround the property on three sides and to the front of the property is a large garage with a multi function games table, comfy seating and a drinks fridge. Watch the alpacas from the garden, it's sometimes possible to walk them. There is ample off road parking for up to four cars.
