On the first floor there is a twin bedroom with en-suite shower room and a further zip and link twin/double bedroom with en-suite shower room and a work/study area with a 2ft single bed. Outside there is a large terrace and lawned garden, and a private bubbling hot tub. The perfect base for a fantastic family holiday. No Pets. . No hen or stag parties - the accommodation is aimed at families with someone with special needs, so the park aims to provide a calm and peaceful environment.

Located in Consett, this cottage is in a rural area. Empire Theatre and Beamish Open Air Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Mini Moos Adventure Farm and Holmside Park. Hall Hill Farm and Diggerland are also worth visiting.
