The pretty coastal village of Mawbray is the ideal base to explore the unspoilt Cumbrian coastline, with Mawbray Banks and the Lake District National Park just a short distance away. Nearby Silloth offers good golf courses, while Maryport provides attractions such as an aquarium, go-karting, and a caving system.

Upon entering the lovingly restored barn, guests will find a spacious hallway leading to a bright lounge with comfortable sofas, a Smart TV, and a wood burner. The open plan kitchen, informal lounge area, and dining room feature bi-folding doors that open onto the patio and pergola, creating a fabulous social space. A utility room with a shower room and WC is also located on the ground floor. The games room, located at the bottom of the staircase, is sure to entertain younger guests with a Nintendo Switch, Smart TV, bean bags, games, and a pool table.

The first floor of the property houses four themed bedrooms, including the Highland Cow bedroom with a king-size bed, The Hare bedroom with a super king-size zip and link bed, the Sheep bedroom with twin beds, and the Bird themed king-size bedroom. A family bathroom with a free-standing bath, rain shower, and WC is situated between the bedrooms. The first floor landing boasts a unique large picture window overlooking the kitchen area. Outside, there is a private enclosed garden, a wildlife garden with a bug hotel, and a patio with a private hot tub under the pergola. Private parking is available for up to three cars on the drive.
