The three storey house sleeps eleven people over two levels in four double bedrooms (one en suite), one twin and one single bedroom, with two bathrooms and a shower room. On the ground floor are a sitting room with wood burning stove, snug with wood burning stove, kitchen with dining area, scullery, hall and WC. On the top floor is a cinema room and children's playroom. Outside is a small enclosed garden with three acres of gardens beyond, an orchard and field and an outdoor unheated swimming pool for summer months. With the two pubs and shops nearby in South Zeal, Townend is a fantastic house for family holidays in Devon.
