Looking for an adventure visit yet, only 17 miles away is Watermouth Bay where you can learn to paddleboard, kayak, or even try coasteering. Venture 20 miles and discover the stunning woodland and moorland walks on Exmoor National Park and you will be sure to see the Exmoor pony. Entering this detached property you will walk into the hallway with its stunning oak floors throughout which leads into the lounge area that has comfortable sofas to relax on after a day at the beach or on the cooler evenings to sit and watch a movie on the smart TV in front of the electric feature fireplace. Next door is the open plan kitchen/diner with a table to seat six people. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, American style fridge/freezer with ice and cold water facility. The washing machine and tumble dryer are housed in the garage at the front of the property. There are three bedrooms made up of one double bedroom with smart TV, en suite shower room and WC, one super king zip n link bed (can be made up as a twin on request), and one bedroom with a single pull out trundle bed with a smart TV. The large family bathroom has a freestanding bath and a walk in shower and WC. Stepping outside through the patio doors you will step onto a beautiful decked area with sun loungers, patio furniture, and a charcoal BBQ, with views extending across towards the sea. Want to unwind a little more, then enjoy relaxing in the sumptuous hot tub. Here you will spend many evenings watching the stunning sunsets. There is also a lawned area to play some garden games with your family and friends. Off road parking for 3 cars and storage in the garage to store bikes and surfboards
