Heading up the stairs to the first floor where there are four bedrooms the first is a super king size zip and link (which can be made up as a twin on request), the second is perfect for a family with a king size bed and bunk beds, the third is a super king size zip and link (which can be made up as a twin on request) with en suite Jack and Jill bathroom with a shower over the bath and WC (also accessed via the hallway) and the fourth bedroom is a single. There is also a further bathroom with a shower over hip bath and WC. Venturing outside there is an enclosed garden with a patio and seating, it makes a perfect spot to enjoy a charcoal BBQ or a place to relax and enjoy a glass of wine. Off road parking for three cars can be found at the front of the property.
