A captivating 5-bedroom home that could well be featured in a Bond movie...
Set in an exclusive location, Holly Wood is an architectural delight with an impressive Art-Deco style and exquisite interiors, spanning nearly 5,000 square feet. This distinctive home will captivate you from the first second of entering. Guests will be drawn to the double-height lounge with luxurious curved sofa and dramatic gallery landings above, adorned with silver hanging pendant lights.
The Ground Floor
A large, open-plan kitchen-dining area curves around at the front of the property. Benefiting from a large formal dining table, why not sit back with your family and friends whilst a private chef curates a 5-course meal, guaranteed to complete your holiday experience! The sleek kitchen is fitted with integrated appliances and has everything that guests would expect from a premium property. Directly off of the kitchen are bi-folding doors which will lead guests out onto the patio area and the plush lawns, offering a fabulously spacious social space for indoor/outdoor entertaining.
Going back into the Entrance hall and walking through into the lounge, guests will be amazed by the huge curved sofa and beautiful artwork in the formal lounge area - there is also a large television as well as SONOS speakers which can be connected to other rooms in the property. For those that are seeking a more informal space, why not go into the cinema room - fitted with black-out curtains., comfy sofas, vibrant film posters and Wii games console, this room is bound to be a favourite with the children!
Directly off the cinema room is the entrance to the annex's ground floor kitchen area - equipped with cooking & washing appliances.
The First Floor
As guests venture up the stairs, they will be mesmerized by the light-soaked gallery landing, the kind that would be expected in a luxurious 5* hotel foyer. Alternatively, guests can opt to use the lift, an excellent addition for those that have mobility issues. The first door on this level will take you to the 2nd storey of the annex where the comfortable bedroom and ensuite bathroom is located. This area is perfect for those guests looking for a little extra privacy, or those families that may require additional space for nannies. Continuing around the landing area, the twin bedroom is a great space for children and offers an incredible sensory ‘under the sea’ wall mural - a guaranteed ‘wow’ moment for all children! The third and fourth bedrooms are located to the front of the property, each benefiting from king-size beds, ensuite bathrooms and incredible outlooks. Positioned conveniently between the two bedrooms, guests will find the decked balcony area with luxurious seating - take in the golden sunsets from here or reminisce on the day gone by on this divine suntrap.
The Second Floor
The Master Suite is the only room to be featured on this floor, offering guests a tranquil space to truly unwind and relax in. Wake up of a morning and admire the incredible harbour views over the tree top canopy, lay back and recuperate on one of the sun loungers on your private balcony or take a long soak in the gorgeous tub in your own private ensuite.
