New Property launch for 2023
This fabulous new annex with its modern styling and seaside feel is very close to Lyme Regis town. Its quiet location lends itself brilliantly for a short break holiday near the World Heritage Coast with all of the amenities of this unspoilt coastal town nearby. This gorgeous property, all on the ground floor is just perfect for couples with its open plan living area, making it feel more like a high quality apartment with allocated off-road parking space for one car also provided.
Lyme Regis is a wonderful location for a traditional seaside break. The nearby local Museum displays artifacts related to the town’s literary connections and provides a crash course in local history, its geology, and of course Mary Anning’s story (now a film). Foodies should head to the nearby Town Mill Complex in Mill Lane, just off Coombe Street, where as well as a working mill, pottery, art gallery, local brewery and café/tearooms there is an energetic River walk which can be picked up less than half a mile from the annex. Wander through Langmoor and Lister gardens and you have far reaching views of the famous Lyme Cobb, harbour and Jurassic Coast. A short stroll away is HIX Oyster & Fish House with a large terrace wrapped around the informal, light and airy dining room, the perfect place to enjoy some locally sourced fish and seafood.
