This property is situated just 1 mile from the charming village of Balloch which has a range of eateries and shops, and from the shores of Loch Lomond too. From Balloch you can take a cruise around Loch Lomond itself and enjoy views of the magnificent Ben Lomond as well as some majestic stately homes and castles. If you prefer to stay on the shore, there are a wealth of attractions including the Sea Life Aquarium and TreeZone Loch Lomond where you can enjoy treetop adventures. If you re looking for something a bit more cultural, visit the National Trust s Hill House which is 8.5 miles away there s also a 19th century castle to explore in Balloch Castle Country Park. Enter this stylish and spacious property into the hall, where you can leave coats and shoes. Follow the hall through to the comfortable open plan lounge/diner, where you can catch a film and settle down on the sofas. Enjoy your evening meal around the large table that seats ten comfortably. Continuing back through the hallway, and you are met with the kitchen/diner boasting an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. Open the French doors leading directly outside while you eat at the breakfast table. There s a lovely double bedroom, and finally, completing the ground floor is a shower room with shower and WC. Head up the stairs and you will find three light and bright bedrooms: one king size and one twin, both with en suite shower rooms, and a double. A communal pathway runs along the back of the courtyard, and across from this is an enclosed patio area tastefully created to reflect comfort and privacy with a bespoke gazebo with seating and charcoal BBQ. There s a wonderful private hot tub out here too please note that the hot tub is only available from 10am 10pm daily. There is parking at the front of the property in the courtyard for three cars.
