As you enter this cottage, you will find yourself in the spacious kitchen/diner, the perfect social space to plan your days out with family and friends, with exposed stone walls and lots of character this country escape is the perfect place to enjoy a home cooked meal together. The kitchen is fully equipped with electric oven and gas hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, and dishwasher. Leading off the kitchen/diner you will enter the main hallway, to the left you will find a handy boot room/utility with washing machine and direct access to the front garden. The perfect space for hanging coats and kicking off your walking boots. To complete the ground floor is the cosy lounge area with comfortable seating and added wood burner perfect for those winter evenings. The lounge has a very relaxing feel and has a door leading to the side garden area. Whether you want to relax and watch TV or curl up with a good book this is the perfect retreat. Heading up the L Shape stairs you will reach the first floor landing to your right you will find a spacious, light and airy double bedroom with added single daybed, the perfect place to enjoy a peaceful nights rest. Further along the corridor you will find the family bathroom with handheld shower over bath and WC. To complete the first floor is the master king size bedroom with lovely views of the side garden and woods beyond, a calming retreat to relax in bed whilst enjoying the bird song. Heading outside you have a large garden area that wraps around the front and side of the property, with garden furniture and washing line. This is a great space for all to enjoy, whether your having a family picnic or relaxing with a glass of wine watching the evening sun.
