OUT & ABOUT
Aberystwyth is a great location for all your holiday needs whether it is spending time on the beach, strolling around town visiting the many independent shops and cafes. There is also the tourist spots, the promenade, the Castle, The Funicular Railway and the Camera Obscura. It is also a great place to use as a base to head off to other parts of Wales or even further afield. Trains from Aberystwyth can take you up the coast to Pwllheli where much of the journey has dramatic views across the Irish Sea or even to Birmingham City Centre or Birmingham International Airport. You will also find The Vale of Rheidol Railway which is a steam train that takes you to Devil's Bridge, this really is a must for the kids.

Guest access
Guest will have private access to the entire of my property along with garden and driveway parking for 1 or 2 small cars. The back of the property has a gate so vehicles can be secured.
Other things to note
SELF CHECK IN
Check-in time is from 4pm onwards and check-out time is before 10am.
Please note: There is a £100 charge for lost keys and £50 charge for call outs, so please be careful with the keys.
The kitchen tiles have been hand painted and in the event that they need cleaning from spills please just wipe with a wet cloth and do not use scourers.
Please be mindful of the following:
- The Back Yard where you can park your car is uneven in places
- The Bathroom has a sloped floor please be mindful of this
- There is a single step into the kitchen
- Some of the door ways have low frames ensure that you 'duck'

Aberystwyth shopping area is a 5 minute walk, there are a variety of great shops but if its foodstuffs you need Tesco, Lidl, Marks & Spencer are a 5 minute walk away
Local Restaurants
There are too many to name, but here are a few....Restaurant SY23, and Saphan Thai , these are just a 3 minute walk away but Aberystwyth has so many more great places to eat and drink! Baravin, Athro Lounge, Medina and the Glengower are all just a short walk away but I'd recommend booking to avoid disappointment. If you want more lively nightlife there are Bar 46, Rummers, or Kane's Bar. There is more information in the guest book, which can be found in the lounge.
