The living/dining room is elegantly furnished and well-kept, with a sitting area (including a convertible sofa bed), a wide-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows and a dining table big for four.
The modern kitchen includes top-of-the-range appliances, essential cookware, and cutleries that will fulfil your culinary requirements, such as a stove, oven and microwave. There's also a washer available for your laundry needs.
The bedroom contains a comfy queen-size bed lined in complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's rest and multiple storage spaces.
The bathroom has all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.
The apartment is always professionally cleaned and sanitized for your health and safety.

## Neighborhood
Tranquil, upmarket Central Hove, has a swathe of pebble beaches and a broad promenade lined with colourful beach huts. Western Lawns, a green strip with a skatepark and a small lagoon back the seafront. Eateries, including chain pizzerias, late-night kebab houses and creative restaurants, line Church Road, while the family-friendly Hove Museum and Art Gallery display vintage toys. Cricket fans watch county matches at Sussex CCC.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.
The nearest train station, Hove, is just a 15-minute walk.
Gatwick airport is a 35-minute drive from the property.
## Notes
This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).
Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.
We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
Located in Hove, this apartment is in the city center and near the beach. Hove Museum and Art Gallery and Museum of Penny Slot Machines are cultural highlights, and some of the area's attractions include The "Doughnut and Brighton Pier. SEA LIFE Brighton and Adur Outdoor Activities Centre are also worth visiting. Be sure not to miss outdoor adventures like hiking and cycling.
