Turned stairs from the ground floor hallway lead up to the first floor where there are two super king size zip and link bedrooms, one with views towards the back garden and the sea, (both beds can be made up as a twin on request), and a sumptuous family bathroom with a roll top bath, and there is a separate WC. From the first floor take the stairs up to the second floor where there is a king size bedroom to the back with views to the sea, an additional king size bedroom and a single child s bedroom. The second floor is completed with a shower room with shower and WC. Outside, there are steps leading from the patio doors up to the south east facing enclosed terraced garden with a patio table and chairs,. Private parking is available for one car and there is unrestricted roadside parking close by, subject to availability.
