Our beautiful green oak framed barn is accessed via a private farm track and sits amid open farmland and woodland, right on the Hertfordshire Way.
Set behind electric gates, within the grounds of a private house. The barn is oak throughout and is very spacious and comfortable. The light is incredible.
You have views across the countryside but are only five minutes from town. You will have your own gravelled parking area to the front of the barn for two cars and the secluded hedged garden to the rear is a private sun trap with dining table and small BBQ.

Offering great walks and cycle rides from your front door you will be within three miles of Ware Town, a picturesque small town situated along the banks of the River Lea.
The River Lea canal path to Hertford or into London is a joy to ride or walk, look out for well preserved Victorian Gazebos. The Lea Valley offers nature trails, bird watching and picnic areas, you will also pass many barges of all shapes and sizes with their colourful inhabitants.
The village of Wareside is a five minute walk, with two pubs The Chequers and The White Horse both serving traditional pub food and the Holy Trinity Church.
Thundridge is a beautiful countryside walk or cycle with Ermines offering coffee and cake and The Feathers Inn great food and beer. Maltons is a great gastro pub too.
Ware is 2.5 miles, a 5 minute drive away, offering a great selection of Cafes, Restaurants, Pubs, Bars and boutique shops along with supermarkets.
Proto (incredible sourdough) The Hop Box, Neelakash, Sala Thai, Casa Lua, Zeros, Fuoco, The Mexican, Turkish, Coffee Lab amongst others, every cuisine is covered.
Pearces Farmshop stocking local produce is 15 minutes from the barn.
We are really well placed for travel connections. Ware Trainline station takes approximately 40 minutes into London Liverpool Street. Cambridge is approx 45 minutes by car through beautiful villages. Stansted Airport is 40 mins by car, the M25 junction 25 is ten miles away. Harlow and Hertford both fifteen minutes by car.
This vacation home is located in Ware. The Henry Moore Foundation and Artshed are cultural highlights, and some of the area's attractions include Top Events GB and Battlefield Live Hertfordshire. Harlow Falconry and The Gibberd Garden are also worth visiting.
