Butterfly Barn is believed to date back to the 16th or early 17th-century, constructed with traditional oak beams it has a high vaulted ceiling in the main living area and is heavily beamed throughout. The barn was fully renovated in 2008 from a derelict outbuilding to a stunning family residence.
The barn is on three levels, two bedrooms are downstairs and two upstairs.
The space
To the front of the property there is a block paved area for five to six vehicles, the garden has access via a pedestrian gate and is fully fenced, the garden itself is laid to lawn and is surrounded by mature trees and hedging.
The barn and its garden are surrounded by the owner’s grounds, to the front there is an area of lawn with fruit trees to the rear are paddocks that are occupied by horses and a pony through the spring and summer months.
