The Space :
Centrally-located house, with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, housing 3 doubles and 1 single bed, can comfortably sleep 7. With a large open plan kitchen/living room with dining area, and a secluded back garden, the house is located on a quiet street, with free ample on street parking, and located only a 5 minute walk to the town centre, making it ideal for families, holiday-makers and golfers alike. The house has its own entrance on the ground floor. The accommodation layout is as follows:
Ground Floor - Entrance hall leading to ground floor bedroom with double bed at the front of the property, a shower room with toilet, and an open plan fully equipped kitchen/living room with dining area at the rear, with patio doors leading out to the back garden. A second bathroom is located on the landing halfway up the stairs.
First Floor - One bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with a single bed are located at the front of the building, while a fourth bedroom with a double bed is located at the rear.
The Neighbourhood:
St Andrews is home to the Royal and Ancient Golf Club and the famous Old Course. Its amenities include Scotland's oldest university, founded in 1413, beautiful award-winning beaches, historic buildings, including the ruins of the cathedral, castle and St Rule's Tower and a wide variety of specialist shops and restaurants. Renowned worldwide as "the home of golf” St Andrews has seven world-class links courses and others in the area include The Dukes, Kingsbarns and the Fairmont St Andrews complex. Within 15 minutes drive, you have an absolute wealth of beauty with the East Neuk of Fife and its picturesque towns and villages, including Crail, Elie, Kingsbarns and many more.
Getting Around:
Everything in St Andrews is within walking distance, be it the sights, the beaches, the aquarium, the Links golf courses and many more facilities. The bus routes are all frequent and easy to use. Taxis are relatively cheap given the short distances between places in St Andrews.
Guest access:
Guests will have full access to the entire property. No rooms will be off limits and all contents within the house are there for our guests use including wifi, the TV and the cooking implements.
Pre Arrival:
When the booking is confirmed you will receive instructions via a web link with all the necessary information to check yourself in at your leisure from 4pm. If early check in has been purchased check in will be from 3pm. Please note that access is not permitted to the property before this time, and we cannot store any luggage prior to check in.
Check in is via a secure key box for which you will be provided the code prior to arrival.
During Your Stay:
We are happy to communicate with all guests as much as necessary, but will otherwise leave you to enjoy your stay.

This vacation home is located in St. Andrews. Craigtoun Country Park and West Sands reflect the area's natural beauty and area attractions include British Golf Museum and St. Andrews Aquarium. Cambo Estate Gardens and La Petite Epicerie are also worth visiting.
