The world famous town of St Andrews (8 miles), home of golf and the legendary Old Course is within easy reach. With the picture postcard fishing village of East Neuk (12 miles), Fife Coastal Path (7 miles) and wonderful sandy beaches close to hand to explore, you ll not be short of activities. Step inside this charming single storey period cottage into the light and bright lounge. Relax on the comfortable sofas after a day out exploring the beautiful local area and watch a great movie on the Smart TV. On those cooler evenings enjoy cosy nights in front of the lovely roaring wood burner, before heading to the pretty twin bedroom with comfortable beds. Leading through to the rear hallway you are met with the well equipped kitchen with electric oven and ceramic hob, microwave, fridge with ice compartment and washing machine. There is also a dining area in the kitchen and direct access out the spacious mature rear garden with seating area. Next is the lovely king size bedroom and finally completing the accommodation is the bathroom with hand held shower over the bath and WC. There is a seating area for al fresco dining or lazy evening star gazing, perhaps with a nice glass of wine, wee dram or good local ale. Off road parking is available for one car just a short stroll from the property, with on street parking also available.
