Anglers can enjoy trout fishing at Loch Leven, the Loch is also a haven for wildlife enthusiasts with the RSPB Loch Leven centre, part of the word famous Loch Leven National Nature Reserve, which is one of Europe s most significant sites for birds. Golfers will be delighted with an array of local courses, with the world renowned Gleneagles and The Old Course within easy reach. Entering the single storey property from the garden through to the spacious open plan lounge/kitchen/diner, with wonderful panoramic views across the hills and Loch Leven. The lounge area with TV/DVD and wood burner is perfect for cosy nights in, after an epic day out exploring the local area. The kitchen area is well equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Enjoy an evening meal in the dining area, with large dining table, ideal for family gatherings. Next you will find the master super king size bedroom with en suite wet room and WC. Followed by another wet room, with shower and WC. To the right hand side of the property you are met by the super king size zip and link bedroom (which can be made up as a twin on request). The bathroom with bath and WC is located next door. Finally, completing the accommodation is the spacious triple bedroom with king size and additional single bed. Venturing outside to the enclosed garden you will find the private hot tub and seating area, perfect for al fresco dining and lazing evening star gazing across Loch Leven. Guests are welcome to help pick the chickens eggs and, in the spring, help feed the lambs too. There is ample off road parking available directly in front of the property.
