The cottage is approximately 150 years old but has been extensively modernised whilst retaining much character including exposed internal stone walls. A new Kitchen was installed in March 2014 and new single beds have been added to the twin bedroom. There is one double bedroom, one twin bedroom with additional pullout beds and a day room containing a double bed setee. There is a large breakfasting kitchen, a small TV lounge and a very large lounge with log burner, juke box and pool table. There are two bathrooms both of which has recently been completely renovated. There is a large rear garden and a large patio with garden furniture and barbeque. The cottage is 100 metres from historic Crail harbour and 20 minutes by car from St Andrews. There is car parking for 2 cars.
