Apt QC3 - a 2 bedroomed apartment with a fully fitted kitchen, microwave, fridge/freezer and cutlery, cooking utensils etc. Washing machine and warm air dryer. Living area with sofa, dining table and chairs and a TV. Linen and towels are provided. Shower room with steam shower cubicle, Loo and vanity basin.
Secure WiFi is available throughout the apartment. The apartment is serviced weekly with a linen and towel change & cleaned throughout and consumables are replaced.
Quire Court has a Grade 2 listed building and all apartments are in a conservation area, situated within a small gated residential complex. Quiet respect is the requirement with no smoking of any substance anywhere within or on the complex and no noise after 10:30 PM please. For security make sure the outside gate is locked at all times, CCTV is in operation. Thank you for your understanding.
Check in should be between 2:00pm and 4:30pm. If you arrive earlier that's fine but please let us know when you book. Please contact us when you are 30mins away. There is a late check-in fee and I will need to know your approximate ETA. There is no reception. On arrival we will tell you how to check out. This is normally at 10am.
Quire Court entrance is off a carpark. The cost is from £1.30 per hour. However, 200 m away another carpark is £3 per day. Both are free from 6 PM to 7 AM and you can pay by phone to save you getting up early. If you would like to set up instructions before arrival, let us know as soon as you can and I will email them to you.
Each apartment has its own secure Wi-Fi and broadband. We ask you not to touch the access point as it is not a router.
Each apartment is fully equipped. The beds have MemoryPedic reflex pocket 1000 mattresses. Our duvets are hypoallergenic, hollow fibre in microfibre covers, with 10.5 to 13.5 tog rating. Our pillows are non-allergenic, medium firmness, with a fibre filling. Bed linen is 200 thread Egyptian cotton, towels and tea towels are supplied.
A longer stay is serviced every seven days as standard. However, we offer any time interval, from daily if requested, as a chargeable extra service. We can arrange personal washing and ironing at extra cost if you require. We have our own laundry on site.
Bath products and kitchen essentials are all provided, kitchen rolls & toilet rolls. Shampoo, conditioner,body wash, etc are provided. As are cutlery, crockery and glasses, even for small members of your family.
Washing, drying and ironing facilities are within each apartment and cleaning agents are provided for your stay. as we don't do washing up.
You can leave the dishwasher running when you leave. We provide cleaning equipment and there is a recycling area where the bins are for your use in keeping the apartment tidy and clean during your stay. Please note extra cleaning when you leave, including washing up and emptying rubbish will be charged for.
This apartment is located in Gloucester. Gloucester Folk Museum and Gloucester Guildhall are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Gloucester Ski and Snowboard Centre and Painswick Golf Club. St Oswald's Priory and JDR Karting are also worth visiting.
