Newly renovated 4 bedroom cottage; a perfect place for family and friends
The space
Our beautiful cottage is in the quaint Cotswold village, Bourton-on-the-Hill. Stylishly renovated, that is both spacious and characterful, it’s a fantastic base from which to explore all the Cotswolds has to offer.
We have renovated the cottage throughout, whilst maintaining the majority of its original features. There is a large reception rooms, a fully equipped kitchen including large dining table. This four bedroom holiday cottage is a perfect retreat for a group of friends or family gathering
Comfortably sleeping 9 guests, with four bedrooms, all king size beds, plus one large sofa bed. There is a stunning family bathroom and separate en-suite in the master bedroom.
The downstairs layout allows for plenty of cooking and socializing space, with a log burner for winter evenings.
Outside, the garden has a patio and outdoor furnishing, suitable for both drinks and dining. There is also a BBQ for guests to use.
Guests will have access to the whole property, including exclusive use of the garden.
As this is a traditional Cotswold cottage, there are some low beams and steep stairs, so please be careful.
Please no smoking or vaping is permitted throughout the property.

CHECK IN
Check in time is from 3pm but we will try to let you get into the cottage sooner, if requested. It just depends if we have guests staying the night before. Please try to give as much notice as possible with your arrival time and update on the day with any changes / delays.
CHECK OUT
Check out is 11am, so we can get the property ready for our next guests.
Supermarkets
There is a convenience store at Cotswolds Service Station, a 2 minute drive up the hill from the cottage. Co-op in Moreton in Marsh, less than 10 mins away by car
Local Restaurants
300 meters up the hill is a great gastro pub, The Horse & Groom. Moreton in Marsh has a great selection of cafes and restaurants including Locojos Pizza who will also deliver and a very popular fish and chip shop, Moreton Wine Merchants for a date or a wine tasting. Blockley Cafe is close by, which also opens in the evening and does take-away. Also close are Shipston-on-Stour and Chipping Campden that have great cafes, restaurants and bars

Batsford Arboretum and Cotswold Farm Park are close by Nearby towns and villages worth visting include Stow on the Wold, Chipping Campden and Stratford-upon-Avon is less than 20 miles away Lots of great options for walks are shown in the books on the coffee table
