This is one of four rustic barn conversions set within a traditional working farm surrounded by the rolling Monmouthshire countryside and just 3 miles from the vibrant market town of Abergavenny where guests can explore the ancient castle, explore the museum, or enjoy produce from the weekly farmer s market. A great base for exploring the beautiful Usk and Wye Valleys, the Black Mountains and the Brecon Beacons. Places of interest to visit nearby include Blaenavon World Heritage Site and Big Pit (10 miles), Llanthony Priory (11 miles), and Raglan Castle (11 Miles). And for foodies, there s a great selection of pubs and restaurants nearby showcasing menus created with seasonal local produce. Annual events include the Abergavenny Food Festival, Hay Book Festival, Green Man and the Brecon Jazz Festival. E njoying a rural location within a farmyard, the private entrance offers a lobby where you can leave coats and boots after a day of exploring. The accommodation has been sympathetically restored and is finished with a rustic charm and comfortable furnishings. An open plan living space is perfect for families, offering space to relax in the evening warmed with a wood burner. There is a TV and dining table which is perfect for a simple supper, and a well equipped kitchen provides everything you may need for preparing meals. Guests have the choice of three bedrooms: two double bedrooms and a twin room. A bathroom with a shower over the bath and a separate shower room are available when you need to freshen up. There is also a shared laundry room within the site with washing machines and tumble dryers.
