Through from here you’ll find another living area with two stylish sofa beds and doors leading out to an enclosed rear garden, a lovely secluded space with seating areas to relax in. On the first floor is the family bathroom and four bedrooms, all with quality mattresses and furnishings; one bedroom also has en-suite facilities. On the second floor is a bedroom with three single beds - perfect for the teenagers.
Cedrwydd makes as ideal base for relaxing in or from which to explore the Snowdonia National Park and the scenic Llyn Peninsula. The cottage is a 5-minute walk from the village shop and pub or a 7-minute drive from the medieval walled town of Caernarfon, with its World Heritage Site listed castle. The Welsh Highland steam train passes through the village during the summer, providing scenic views from Caernarfon to Porthmadog. The Lon Eifion cycle path is accessible from the village and provides a popular route for visiting Caernarfon. Dinas Dinlle beach, popular with families, is just 5 miles away and Ty Coch is 20 miles -its famous pub on a sandy beach was once voted as one of the top ten best beach bars in the world. The world’s longest zip wire ride at Bethesda quarry lies 15 miles to the west. Beach 5 miles.
