Abbey Cottage is a wonderful Grade II listed cottage resting in the town of Denbigh, Wales. Hosting five bedrooms, including a ground-floor king-size with a TV, a king-size with Jack-and-Jill shower room, a king-size, a ground-floor double with en-suite shower room and a twin with Jack-and-Jill shower room, along with a bathroom, this property can sleep up to ten guests. There is also a kitchen/diner, a sitting room with a woodburning stove, a snug with a woodburning stove, a utility/games room and a first-floor playroom. Outside there is a garden with two patio areas with seating, a lawn, two ponds and woodland and off-road parking. Abbey Cottage is a truly unique property in a historic setting in lovely North Wales. Note: There is a 7kW electric car charger which can be used for any type of vehicle, and charged at approx. 30p/kWh payable directly to the owner. Note: The car charger has a metre that will show how much has been used and will be reset for every guest’s visit

BBQ and starter pack of charcoal. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shops (major supermarkets), restaurant, take-aways, leisure centre, outdoor play area, skate park and pubs 0.1 mile. Note: There are two small uncovered ponds within the garden, children must therefore be supervised at all times. Note: The original 13th century doorway remaining in the property is a low threshold, please mind your head. Note: The grounds are next to a school playing field, some noise can be occasionally heard when the primary school children have their play-time. Note: No stag/hen or similar - family groups only.
