Enjoying a fantastic central position along the beautiful seafront, this refreshing apartment occupies two floors and makes a spacious and relaxing base for couples and families exploring the southern part of Snowdonia National Park. The quaint and historic seaside village of Aberdyfi (also known as Aberdovey) is known for its colourful buildings and glorious long sandy beach which curves around the coast of Cardigan Bay and up towards the picturesque resort of Tywyn. Aberdyfi offers a fantastic choice of friendly restaurants, pubs, cafes and shops, as well as its own championship golf course, and the Old Roman Road which leads to Picnic Island. Local activities on offer along the River Dyfi include sailing, windsurfing, canoeing, nature spotting and fishing. Entering the property, a flight of steep cottage style stairs curves up and leads you into the first floor accommodation. The open plan lounge/kitchen/diner provides a lovely, airy and welcoming living space, perfect for unwinding in at the end of a fantastic day. The lounge features plenty of seating, TV and DVD so you can snuggle up in the evening to watch a favourite film. The dining area is by the window, and the galley style kitchen has a wide range of equipment including a dishwasher, under counter fridge with small ice compartment, electric oven and hob, microwave and washer dryer. The first floor also has a stylish shower room complete with shower and WC. A further flight of stairs leads up to the second floor where you will find two coolly decorated and cosy bedrooms. To the front of the property is a double bedroom overlooking the estuary, and the charming twin room is to the rear. There s also a handy second shower room complete with shower and WC. French doors lead out from the kitchen to a small, decked area. Featuring a small bench, this is a pleasant spot for a morning coffee as you plan the day s activities. A free car parking pass is provided, which can be used in Aberdyfi s pay and display car parks. The nearest is just 200 metres away by the beach.
