After taking in the sights, retreat home to BBQ in your lush private garden, relax in the bath, or play a few games with friends in the spacious living room.
* Modern kitchen with all the amenities you need including a huge fridge/freezer, microwave, gas stove/electric oven, and plenty of cookware, capped off with a lovely breakfast bar (featuring espresso machine), with a table for four in the living room.
* The living room features a very comfortable L-shaped couch with a flat screen smart television and Playstation 4, a fireplace, and plenty of books and games for unwinding. Just out the front door is a small patio with table and chairs as well as the staircase which takes you directly up onto the bustling South Parade sidewalk.
* The massive master bedroom features a beautiful king sized bed and ottoman, and just across the hall is a stylish, newly renovated bathroom with shower over bath. The second bedroom has a double bed as well as a single futon perfect for a child with a view into the back garden.
* The private back garden is an amazing find in Portsmouth: complete with access to a fire pit, BBQ, lounge chairs, a well appointed summer room, and an outdoor dining area perfect for a Southsea sunset dinner after a long day on the waterfront. Just past the back gate is a reserved parking area suitable for two small-mid size cars or one large vehicle.
* There is a small office space perfect for catching up on work, writing, or setting up an easel and painting. There is a small utility space with a washing machine and hand sink and a half bathroom immediately adjacent.
Please be mindful of quiet hours between 11pm – 8am.
All of our properties are non-smoking as the comfort of our guests is very important to us. There is a minimum charge of £100 for smoking inside the property.
