The peaceful hamlet of Twyford sits just four miles south of the city of Hereford, here you can enjoy acres of farmland where you are free to explore, along with many footpaths and quiet lanes accessible from the property. For cyclists you can enjoy the country lanes or venture into the Forest of Dean for a more challenging terrain. The river Wye is also within reach and great for fishing, walking, and canoeing. For a little culture there are many market towns worthy of a visit where you can pick up local produce from a farmers market or browse the independent shops. Hay on Wye, Monmouth, Ross on Wye and Leominster all welcome you with an eclectic range of independent shops. Enjoy the drive through this peaceful hamlet and you will soon arrive to see the farmhouse set within acres of countryside. Step inside to the ground floor which has a chic and contemporary style and offers a great space for you to relax in style. From the entrance hall you access the open plan living space, you will be pleasantly surprised by the vaulted ceiling and natural light created from the bi folding doors offering views onto the courtyard and open countryside. You can relax in style in front of the wood burner whilst enjoying a good film, and for dining there is a generously sized table and chairs if you choose to entertain. The kitchen area is compact and well equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. And when the day is done a staircase within the living space gives access to a generously sized king size bedroom with an elegant glass balcony overlooking the living space. On the ground floor there is a shower room with shower and WC. There is also access to a washer/dryer accessed from the main living space, not sole use.
