All rooms are spread over the first floor. The apartment has an open-plan lounge/ kitchen and diner. The fully fitted kitchen is equipped with an oven, gas hob, fridge/ freezer, dishwasher, microwave, washer-dryer, kitchenware, and ample pots and pans. The lounge offers guests a TV, DVD player, coffee table, plenty of seating for up to 5 guests, a Micro hi-fi system, and a tower fan. The lounge provides fantastic views of the Cairngorm mountains and Craigellachie hills. The dining area has a table and chairs seating 4 guests. The kitchen also benefits from a breakfast bar with 3 stools. The master bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe, bedside cabinets with reading lights, alarm clock radio, chair, and an en-suite shower room with mains power shower. The twin bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds, bedside cabinets with reading lights, and a built-in wardrobe. The main bathroom has a bath with a shower, wash hand basin, and toilet.
Gas central heating throughout with on-demand hot water. Wi-Fi is included. Parking at the apartment building front door for 1 car. There is an iron and ironing board, clothes drying airer, fire extinguisher, and fire blanket.
Guests have access to the entire property.
The busy town of Aviemore is within a 10-minute walk from the apartment and offers everything you need during your Highland holiday. There are plenty of cafes, restaurants, bars, shops, and supermarkets. There are several activities to keep you busy from quad biking through the woods to relaxing by Loch Morlich beach. There is a bus and train station in Aviemore with routes taking you North and South of the town.
No smoking. No parties or events. Check-in time is 4 PM - 10 PM. Check-out time is 10 AM. Although housekeeping staff will clean the property after you leave, we respectfully ask all guests to clean and put away any plates, cups, glasses, etc they have used during their stay.
Sorry, no workman bookings or commercial vehicles are allowed. Failure to declare workman bookings will result in you being asked to leave without a refund. To receive key collection and arrival information you will be asked to check in online via an email sent by Gael Holiday Homes. Please ensure you do this at least 3 days prior to arrival as our booking office and telephone system are not open after 5 pm and at weekends. You will only get key collection details after your online check-in and coronavirus declaration have been processed. Thank you.
This apartment is located in Aviemore. Cairngorm Brewery and Spey Valley Championship Golf Course are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those looking for area attractions can visit Speyside Wildlife and Landmark Forest Adventure Park. Cairngorm Reindeer Herd and Highland Wildlife Park are also worth visiting.
