Bi-folding doors open wide onto a sunlit balcony upstairs, and with three separate sitting areas, you can relax and indulge in the spectacular views from every angle.
The town of Rhosneigr offers so much to do. There are plenty of places to eat, drink and be merry, but where this town stands out above others in North Wales is its amazing expanse of beach. Discover watersports aplenty here with sailing, kite surfing and windsurfing to name but a few. There is a golf course, tennis courts and horse riding all close by, so there are enough activities to keep up with even the most active of holiday goers.
Bedrooms: Four bedrooms. One ground floor double bedroom with en suite room. One ground floor family bedroom with super king and single with en suite shower room (this room can be made into 3 singles on request). One ground floor twin. One single bedroom with en suite WC and hand basin on the top floor.
Bathrooms: 2 en suite shower rooms on the ground floor both with WC’s and basins. A ground floor family bathroom with shower attachment, basin and WC. A top floor WC and basin en suite.
Kitchen: Well equipped, fitted kitchen with range cooker (electric oven, gas hobs), dishwasher, Fridge/freezer with water dispenser, and microwave. There is a breakfast bar and is open plan with the living room providing a lovely sociable atmosphere even for the chef.
Sitting Room: This spacious house affords three sitting areas. There is a sitting area on the mezzanine level (a nice quiet place to read a book) A separate media room with large wall mounted flat screen TV, Bluray player and surround sound system. Also in the main living area of the house there is a sitting area too. This house has superfast broadband too.
Dining: Open plan dining area with sitting room and kitchen. Dining table seating for all guests.
Utility Room: A handy grond floor room with separate entrance access onto the ambulant access to the road and garden. Here there is a washing machine, tumble dryer and storage. Also a great spot for the dog to sleep!
Garden: There is a small enclosed garden area to the front of the house, go through the gate and there is a further garden area within the dunes which is open and maintained by the owner. Paths from here through the dunes down to the beach which is just a stroll away.
Balcony: Large balcony on the living area level. There is a table and chairs providing outside living space with sea views.
Heating: Air source heat pump and underfloor heating.
Parking: There is plenty of off road parking in the private parking area close to the house.
