This spacious modern 2 bedroom lodge has a stylish open-plan feel with plenty of natural light flooding in from the bi-folding doorswith views of the lake complete with a fountain.
The lounge is furnished to an extremely high standard with stylish furniture & decor. You will have the use of; LED Smart TV with the option of SKY connectivity (guests own SKY unit), a Bose sound system and a selection of games & books for both adults & children to enjoy.
The kitchen is as equally stylish and is equipped with everything you would expect to find such as oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, wine cooler, 5 ring gas hob, toaster, but also everything for those home cooks such as food processor, cooking utensils, wok, scales etc.
As well as the stylish glass dining table seating 4 guests the kitchen also has a small breakfast bar area with stools ideal for sitting and chatting whilst dinner is being prepared.
The bedrooms especially the master will take your breath away; this area is nothing less of what you would expect to find in a boutique hotel suite with comfortable king size bed, cleverly hidden vanity area with dressing table & stool. There is a large luxurious ensuite bathroom with large soaking tub surrounded by LED feature wall wonderful for a relaxing soak whilst looking at the stars through the skylight or catching up on your latest Netflix watch all enhanced by the luxury toiletries supplied for guests use. In this ensuite you will also find a rainfall shower, toilet & basin with LED lit mirror. The master suite also has a smart tv, cosy LED mood lighting & sliding patio doors leading directly out onto the decking for those pleasant summer evenings. Bedroom 2 is ideal for 2 children or a couple; the twin beds can be converted into a comfortable Super King, this room has a double wardrobe with storage drawers with no expense spared on the soft furnishing for this room just to add a touch of luxury. Hotel quality bedding & towels are provided.
The main bathroom has a sizeable walk in rainfall shower with natural daylight being allowed into the room through a skylight, toilet & basin with LED lit mirror.
There is also a utility room with additional sink, storage and washing machine. Ideal for storing coats & shoes away.
Outside is just as stylish with a large enclosed decking area with a super comfortable corner sofa with adjustable coffee/dining table & a pair of reclining chairs ideal for a spot of sunbathing or to just sit and relax listening to the fountain in the background. For a change of scenery you will have the use of a 4 seater table and chairs to the ‘garden’ area directly to the side of the lodge, this area is ideal for an evening BBQ (small foldaway metal stand probivided for disposable trays) or playing the outdoor games provided for guests or to just to sit & relax taking time to appreciate the peaceful surroundings.
**And to be sure you're not left short of provisions on your arrival you will have waiting for you basic pantry items such as tea, coffee, sugar, olive oil, butter together with a welcome supply of basic food items bread, milk, eggs, jam & biscuits**
