Relax and reconnect at this spacious countryside retreat situated near the top of the Lincolnshire wolds. With amazing views from the roof top terrace, you can sip champagne in the hot tub or let your troubles melt away in the sauna. There are also plenty of opportunities to enjoy some quality time and make lasting memories, toasting marshmallows in the BBQ hut or playing on the private tennis court. Some fantastic public walks along the Viking Way are right on the doorstep too.

There is a private carpark alongside the property which allows parking for up to 10 cars. Situated approx 1.5 miles from the A46 there is easy access to nearby towns such as Caistor, Market Rasen and even Lincoln is only a short drive away.

This vacation home is located in Market Rasen. Waltham Windmill and Elsham Hall Gardens and Country Park are local landmarks, and some of the area's attractions include Wragby Maze and Woodside Wildlife & Falconry Park. Lincolnshire Showground and The Deep are also worth visiting.
