Alternatively, take a trip to the local towns of Market Rasen and Louth that boast local produce and long-standing family run shops. Enjoy the magnificent cathedral, learn at the bomber command centre, explore the Wolds on foot or simply unwind in this Lincolnshire bolthole!
Ground Floor
Entrance via the rear hall leads through to the open plan kitchen and dining area seating 10 guests, with a separate utility room and cloakroom with WC. From the main hallway is a pantry and three separate reception rooms; a snug with 55" television, games room with a ¾ size snooker table and comfortable sitting room.
First Floor
All five spacious bedrooms feature Hypnos Zip and Link cashmere beds, USB charging points and hairdryers.
Bedroom one has a 6' super-king bed (can be configured as twin 3' single beds on request) and en-suite bathroom with walk in shower and freestanding bath with handheld shower attachment. Bedroom two and three both feature6' super-king bed (can be configured as twin 3' single beds on request). Bedroom four has a 6' super-king bed (can be configured as twin 3' single beds on request) and en-suite shower room with walk in shower. Bedroom five has a 5’king-size bed (can be configured as twin 2'6 single beds on request). The family bathroom features a large shower and free-standing bath with views over the deer parkland.
Outside
Sweeping driveway and ample parking for at least five cars. An old copper beech tree stands proudly in the middle of the large lawned area.
