Split in 4 floors. In the basement level is the kitchen, small patio, en-suite bathroom and bedroom. Ground floor has living space with sofa bed, half bathroom and garage. 1st floor has 2 bedrooms and family bathroom. 2nd floor has another large bedroom with en-suite bathroom.
