The open-plan kitchen includes top-of-the-range appliances, essential cookware, and cutleries that will fulfil your culinary requirements. There is also a washer available for your laundry needs.
Both bedrooms are elegantly decorated and contain a double bed with hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's sleep.
The bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including clean towels and toiletries for your convenience.
The house is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Edinburgh is Scotland's compact, hilly capital. It has a medieval Old Town and an elegant Georgian New Town with gardens and neoclassical buildings. Looming over the city is Edinburgh Castle, home to Scotland’s crown jewels and the Stone of Destiny, used in the coronation of Scottish rulers. Arthur's Seat is an imposing peak in Holyrood Park with sweeping views, and Calton Hill is topped with monuments and memorials.

Edinburgh Airport is a 26-minute drive from the property.
## Notes
This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).
Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.
We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
Located in Edinburgh, this vacation home is in the city center. Edinburgh Castle and Royal Mile are notable landmarks and Edinburgh Zoo is a popular area attraction. Camera Obscura and World of Illusions and Royal Commonwealth Pool are also worth visiting. Explore all the area has to offer with hiking and cycling.
