Resting in the picturesque village of Knapton, Norfolk, Flint Barn is a bright and open barn that brings an air of luxury to the Norfolk countryside. A sociable space that welcomes your four-legged friends, this holiday property is the perfect venue for hosting a large group of friends or family. On arrival, park your car off-road and make your way into this delightfully rustic, yet fabulously stylish barn, to begin your relaxing break. As you enter the bright and spacious open-plan living space, you will be taken away by the tall patio doors leading out into the garden and the woodburning stove, perfect for snuggling around on a cold winter’s night. The space features a number of original character beams and features, blending perfectly with the contemporary stylings for an exquisite finish. As you and your sous-chef take your time to create a delectable meal in the contemporary fully-fitted kitchen, chat with your friends as they relax on the sofas with a drink. Come together at the dining table and share stories of your adventures so far, as you tuck into your food before heading back to the sofas and flicking on the TV for a movie night. The ground floor is also home to a cloakroom consisting of a WC and hand basin, as well as a separate utility room to keep your clothing fresh throughout your stay. As the evening ends, guests can each make their way to one of the four chic bedrooms available in this property. A cosy single bedroom can be found on the left-hand side of the ground floor and comes with a single bed and draws for storage. The second of the ground floor bedrooms is a roomy double bedroom with a plethora of storage. Complete with an en-suite shower room with WC and hand basin, this room is ideal for those with limited mobility. As you make your way up the stairs and into the master bedroom, you will be greeted with a big bedroom space featuring both a double bed and a single bed. Hang your things in the spacious wardrobe, finished with sliding doors and make the most of your luxurious en-suite bathroom boasting a corner Jacuzzi bath as well as a double walk in shower, WC and basin. Back downstairs and through the living space, you will find a second set of stairs leading up to a unique mezzanine room hosting two single bed. An open bedroom with exposed beams looking out onto the downstairs living space, those staying in this room will never have to fear on missing out on the action. This mezzanine style room also features an en-suite bathroom with a stylish corner bath, shower, WC and hand basin. Be sure to take advantage of the garden throughout your visit; the walled edges add to the character of the property and reinforce the rustic charm this barn conversion still holds, while the sitting area provides a lovely space for sitting out with a glass of wine in the warmer evenings. During your stay, explore the Norfolk countryside with days out to Bacton Wood, Southrepps Common and Bromholm Priory. Head into the coastal village of Mundesley and take a stroll along the beach before sitting down to eat at one of the local restaurants.
