Cromer, home of the Cromer crab has a wealth of things to do all within walking distance, take a walk to the town and enjoy exploring the little lanes with charming shops and places to eat and drink, not forgetting to have some fish and chips overlooking the sea. Visit the local museum and learn about the history of Cromer. You can also take a trip up the church tower which has great views out over the town and sea. Further afield lies the pretty market town of Holt with steam railway from where you can take a ride to Sheringham or Weybourne. The ground floor apartment is approached via a grand archway in the Victorian building that was once a hospital, the well maintained grounds with flower beds lead you to the front door. On entering the delightful apartment, you will find the lounge with comfy sofas and TV/DVD, the ideal place to relax in front of the TV after a day exploring the local area. The spacious kitchen/diner is just off the lounge and is well equipped with an electric oven and gas hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and a washer/dryer. If you decide to stay in and cook you can enjoy a tasty meal at the cosy dining table which seats two. Head back through into the hall which leads to the double bedroom which is light, bright and comfortably furnished. The shower room is off the hallway and has a shower and WC. Outside, at the front of the apartment there is allocated parking for one car.
