The magnificent 14th century church stands proud at the heart of the village of Worstead, the property sits within the grounds of the thriving pub, which offers food and entertainment regularly. The village also has an annual festival held in the summer. No trip to Norfolk would be complete without a trip to the coast, visit Horsey to see the resident colony of seals. Delightful walks can be taken direct from the property into the countryside, further afield lies The Broads and Wroxham with boat trips along the peaceful waterways spotting birds and wildlife. Enter into the light and spacious lounge/kitchen/diner, with contemporary radiators which makes the room warm and inviting. The kitchen is great for preparing meals, which can be enjoyed in the dining area which is also great for a game of cards or scrabble. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge and washing machine. There is a large TV in the lounge area with a comfortable corner sofa to relax on with a coffee after a busy day exploring Norfolk and all it has to offer. There is a double bedroom and shower room with shower and WC. Outside there is a bench to sit on and watch the world go by whilst enjoying a glass of wine. The property also benefits from access to the pub gardens. There is parking for 2 cars.
